Trained as a designer and equipped with a strong love of technology and an entrepreneurial mindset, I’ve found myself equally excited to help tech companies and lifestyle companies as well as creative agencies find their direction, build a team and grow.

With a strategic and humans first approach to creative problem solving and creative leadership, I take pride in crafting concepts and directing teams to create meaningful and highly aesthetic projects. Projects that create value for both clients and users.

I love building brands, platforms and products – things that makes a real difference to real people. Loveable and long lasting. I live for spotting potential in people and projects and I love to use myself to make other people grow and see projects bloom.

I’ve helped major brands and organisations make succesful transitions from strategy to execution in the field of digital media and brand building.

As Global Creative Director for B&O PLAY, I was responsible for the creative development of Product Design, Brand & Marketing, referring to the CEO.

Responsibilities include building and growing B&O PLAY brand awareness, help direct marketing material as well as directing designers and concept developers to ensure an inspiring, beautiful and well-crafted product portfolio.

We build enjoyable, innovative, beautifully crafted, best in class audio products (headphones and audio systems) with passion and a proud reference to our Bang & Olufsen heritage.

From 2009-2014 I served as Creative Director and Partner at Hello Monday. Hello Monday is a independent Digital Creative Agency with offices in Copenhagen, New York and Aarhus. Our practice is built on the premise that it is possible to make a creative playground rather than a production factory. Our playful approach has attracted some of the worlds biggest brands and has made us the David to rival even the biggest Goliaths of the industry.

Hello Monday create joyful digital experiences and visual identities that tickle brains, pleases eyes and connects the heart of brands to the heart of their consumers.
