Creative direction for physical product and product campaign for A BEAUTIFUL
AND EXTREMELY WELL SOUNDING COMPACT BLUETOOTH SPEAKER FROM B&O PLAY.


THE PROJECT
 

B&O PLAY wanted to extend its range of bluetooth speakers with an ultra-portable speaker with best in class sound performance.

We designed Beoplay A1 as a truly portable product. A product so small, sturdy and well sounding that you would want to bring it with you on all of lifes adventures. 

The iconic round shape is based on the geometric design language of B&O PLAY and will make sure the product doesen't go out of fashion too easily. The materials used is also a true trademark of B&O PLAY: Aluminum speaker grill and a leather carrying and mounting strap.

INTEGRATED IN THE
BEOPLAY APP

As a part of the concept for A1 is the control features in the Beoplay companion app. 

In the app, you're able to choose one of the preset profiles, adapting the sound attributes to the environment your in. 

You can also choose to tweek the tonality using the intuitive B&O PLAY ToneTouch interface. It’s even possible to customize your own presets on your iPhone and quickly access them from your Apple Watch when you’re on the move.
